The newest issue of Charlie Hebdo was released Monday morning and sold out before dawn, with people standing outside of kiosks in case a spare copy became available. The newest copy featured a picture of the Prophet Muhammad holding a sign that reads “Je suis Charlie.” The issue sold over three million copies and the newspaper announced it would print more than 2 million copies within the next two days.

France’s Minister of Justice announced that it would file fifty four judiciary procedures for “advocating terrorism.” One concerns French comedian Dieudonné.
