National Observatory Against Islamophobia

“The height of horror was reached last night, facing terrorism which resulted in the deaths of more than 120 innocent people whose only crime was to attend a concert, or to be at the Stade de France, or to spend time with friends at a restaurant.

We forcefully condemn this barbaric terrorism, which has yet again plunged France into mourning through heinous and despicable acts.

It is also the time for the great powers to effectively react and to distance themselves from countries that secretly finance the terrorism that, today, sounds at the gates of our cities.

We are distressed and overwhelmed by feelings of disgust, of anger, and of rage, and at the same time of helplessness with regard to those who continue to sow despair and death.

Our thoughts are with the families of the victims, to which we address our solidarity.”
