UOIF pays homage to terror victims

“They were young or middle-aged, students, intellectuals or managers, journalists or humanitarians, workers or musicians, they all left us beneath Daesh’s bullets and bombs.

They were the images of France, in their love of live, in their diversity, in their art of living.

They left inconsolable parents, broken spouses, lonely children and a bruised nation.

They were the present and future, they shouldn’t be our past.

Continue to keep them alive by reminding us of their memory, by fighting against hate and contempt, by engaging in dialogue.

They are added to the long list of victims of an infamous terrorism that kills indiscriminately.

Syria, Lebanon, Turkey, Iraq, Nigeria, Cameroon, Russia, Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Tunisia.

In certain parts of the world, Daesh’s attacks are daily. Millions of men, women, and children escaped Daesh’s terror. Thousands are dead.

Don’t forget them.

Pay homage to these victims of terrorism throughout the world. Pray for peace, love, and fraternity.”
