A female student who was expelled for wearing the headscarf in a primary school in Arteixo (Galicia) has been readmitted. The regional government of Galicia overturns that punishment because of a bureaucratic problem: it doesn’t exist any disciplinary action dossier open against the girl. However, the school could present again a disciplinary action if it follows the correct bureaucratic process.
