Mohammed Azhar Ali Khan named to the prestigious “Order of Canada”
Canada’s Governor General Michaëlle Jean announced 60 new appointments to the Order of Canada, including Canadian Muslim Mohammed Azhar Ali Khan. Khan was commended for his leadership role in the Ottawa Muslim community and his work as a journalist.
