Sea rescuers on Saturday rescued 85 African immigrants 90 miles from the coast of the Canary island of Gran Canaria

    85 immigrants were rescued 90 miles from the coast of the Canary Island of Gran Canaria, after a merchant ship had spotted their boat. One small child was rescued, and three dead bodies were found in the boat, authorities said. Several of the migrants were hospitalized for hypothermia, dehydration, and repertory problems in Tenerife, but their condition’s were marked as stable.
