Amsterdam’s Saint Lucas Andreas hospital is now offering halal baby food. The hospital claims to be the first in the Netherlands in offering the choice, which will come in ten flavors, for babies between three and seven months. The hospital is expecting the implementation of halal baby food to meet great demand, citing that many Muslim parents often bring food from home to feed their children.
