A study commissioned by the Netherlands home affairs ministry indicates that in municipalities with higher concentrations of Moroccan residents, police have had contact with an average of 38.7 percent of youngsters and men between the ages of 12 and 24. The study indicates elevated levels of crime figures among young Moroccan girls.
