A nursery based in Birmingham that hosts one of the biggest Muslim communities in the UK has came under criticism after its decision to ban fathers from entering the premises. The managers of the nursery explained their decision by arguing that they are catering for Asian community and some of the women do not want to mix with men for cultural reasons.
However, some fathers including Muslims, found the decision very offensive and sexist.
