A Muslim employee was insulted and threatened with death by his boss in Hauconcourt en Lorraine. The employer denies the accusation, however according to the employee’s lawyer, there is a video to prove it.
On July 13, Mustapha, the employee, reported that his boss arrived and Mustapha saw that “all was not well.” The employer asked for the number of cubic centimeters that can hold a tank. Mustapha said he did not know, to which his boss replied: “You don’t know? Listen here, if Manu (another business employee,) tells you it’s 8m3…That’s the word of a Frenchmen, of a Frenchmen! You, you’re an Arab. And you listen to what I tell you, ok!”
After the initial exchange, the employer even threatened to decapitate him: “Because maybe one day, it’s me who will decapitate you, and pin up your head. You…Muslim!”
The affair is now in the court’s hands. For the moment, the boss denies the accusations, but a video filmed by Mustapha during the altercation confirms the story, according to his lawyer M. Mehdi Zouaoui.
